The Graduate residence is an all-female residence, offering individual (standard) & sharing room options.
Uniquely situated to be walking distance from the NWU Potchefstroom campus, making it safe for the ladies to walk to and from campus.
The residence has 24/7 security with biometric access systems, secure parking, social facilities, and laundry facilities.

A NOTE FOR PARENTS

UniGardens is a private off-campus female residence.
Furthermore, they are accredited by the North-West University & therefore incorporate a body of support personnel.
Consisting of full-time live-in residence support personnel, administrative personnel, team leaders, and maintenance and cleaning personnel.

Ensuring students experience a full student life & manage the safety and guidance of our residents.
All day residence students from Dinki, LaVaria, and Bellatrix are welcomed with open arms to enjoy and prosper in our private female residences.

ON-SITE Live-in residence parents/support personnel and 24-hour SECURITY facilities managers and administrative personnel
make your stay as comfortable and conducive to learning as possible while enjoying an active social life.

Whilst allowing students to enjoy a vibrant student lifestyle in a safe learning environment, we assist students in personal and
academic adaptation, and ensure that their living environment is conducive to studying.
Our team is here to guide your child/ren should the need arise, and to ensure the residence itself is well-kept.

They are a team of friendly Oppikampus personnel who are here to build a relationship
with your child/ren and to assist with any problems should they arise.

These options are for social butterflies that don't mind sharing. This is a shared bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
All rooms are partly furnished. This room is located in a unit that has a secondary bedroom with either 1 or 2 students next door. All residents in each unit share a communal kitchen.

This option is a private, non-sharing bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are partly furnished.
